General information
Saga's terms and conditions of service will be updated regularly, so be aware of any changes before using our services.
We have collected all the information you need, when you shop at sagaeditions.dk.

On-demand/pre-orders
When you purchase products from our on-demand concept, the delivery date/interval is indicated on the specific product page.

When buying products on-demand, you get a 20% discount, which cannot be combined with other discounts.
Payment first occurs when we ship your order. If the delivery time is over a week, you will receive a payment link where you can complete the payment before we ship the order.
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail shortly after you have placed your order, and a delivery confirmation when the order has been dispatched.

Price
Prices do not include payment or delivery costs.
All prices are stated in DKK. All our prices include VAT. Price changes may occur. Prices and offers only apply when they are shown on the individual product. If the prices change, it cannot be demanded to return to the original prices.
We reserve the right for typographical errors in text descriptions, price changes, out-of-stock items and delayed deliveries.
Payment
You can pay with Visa/Visa Dankort, MasterCard, Mobile Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We use secure payment via ePay/Payment Solutions; thus all communication goes through an encrypted web connection.
Your payment will be collected when your order is shipped, unless otherwise stated on the individual product. In this case, it will be clearly indicated on the product. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail shortly after you have placed your order.
Delivery
As standard, we have free shipping on orders over 750 DKK/100 EUR for selected destinations. Promotions may occur. Check our shipping and returns policy for more information and a specific shipping cost breakdown.
Orders are sent within 1-2 working days, unless it is indicated that the product has a longer delivery time or you make a pre-order in our on-demand concept. Typical delivery time for addresses in Denmark is 1-2 working days from when the goods have been dispatched. If you do not receive the ordered goods within a reasonable delivery time, we would like to hear from you so that we can search for your package.
Return
We accept your returns within the first 14 days from the day you receive your package.
The goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
It means that:
- The hygiene protection must not have been removed from the bottoms.
- The product must not have been damaged by being used or have other damage that prevents the product from being perceived as new.
- This includes stains from, for example, makeup or deodorant.
Use our online returns portal if you wish to return your purchase.
You will receive your return label by email immediately after registration of the return. When using our return label, DKK 45/€6 is deducted from your refund amount. Promotional offers may occur. You only have to print it and put it on the parcel before returning it to your nearest PostNord parcel shop.
Please note that if you choose to send the package by other means, we do not accept drop point delivery. The package must be sent directly to Grusbakken 13, 2820 Gentofte, Denmark. The customer is responsible for the package and its contents until the time of delivery to Saga.
We have chosen not to print a label in advance to cut down on the amount of paper used. The purchase price of your order is credited to your account within 14 days from when we have received the returned products and approved the return.
Saga checks all goods before dispatch, but should there still be an error in your delivery from Saga, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sagaeditions.dk, and we will of course replace the product free of charge.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need another size, please make a new order in our webshop.
Stock
We always aim to maintain a correct and up-to-date stock. Should a product unexpectedly sell out, we reserve the right to reject your order. If we reject your order, we will contact you via email and of course release your money.
Complaints
Products purchased on sagaeditions.dk covered by a 2-year right of complaint.
If your claims are accepted, we will offer you a replacement with free shipping.
Should you have any complaints, we would like to hear from you on email, helle@sagaeditions.dk.
Alternatively, you can complain to the "Centre for Complaint Resolution" at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can do this via www.forbrug.dk. If you file a complaint, you must provide our email address: hello@sagaeditions.dk
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & conditions are governed by Danish law, and any dispute can be brought at Retten I Lyngby.
