With our new drop, we have free shipping & returns on orders to addresses in Denmark.

Returns
We accept your returns within the first 14 days from the day you receive your package.
Please return the items in the same condition as you received them. The hygiene protection must remain on the bottom when returning.
The product must not have been damaged by being used or have other damage that prevents the product from being perceived as new.
Use our online return portal if you wish to return your purchase.
You will receive your return label by email immediately after registration of the return. When using our return label, DKK 45/€6 is deducted from your refund amount. Promotions may occur.
You only have to print it and put it on the parcel before returning it to your nearest PostNord parcel shop.
The purchase price of your order is credited to your account within 14 days.
Where should I send the return package to?
Please note that if you choose to send the parcel by means other than our return label, we do not accept delivery to Posthus or parcel box. The package must be sent directly to Grusbakken 13, 2820 Gentofte, Denmark. The customer is responsible for the package and its contents up to the time of delivery to Saga.
Why is the return label not printed in advance?
We have chosen not to print a label in advance to cut down on the amount of paper used.
What if the order I received is incorrect?
Saga checks all goods before dispatch, but should there still be an error in your delivery from Saga, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sagaeditions.dk, and we will of course exchange your product free of charge.

Can I exchange the product for a new size?
We do not offer exchanges.
If you need another size, please make a new order in our webshop.
COMPLAINTS
Should you have complaints, we would like to hear from you by email, hello@sagaseditions.dk.
Alternatively, you can complain about a product or service at the "Centre for Complaint Resolution" at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can do this via www.forbrug.dk. If you file a complaint, you must provide our email address: hello@sagaeditions.dk.
Stock
We always aim to maintain a correct and updated stock.
Should a product unexpectedly sell out, we reserve the right to reject your order.
If you reject your order, we will contact you via email and of course release your money.
